Shipping

Pi Baby strives to ship out products as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation via the e-mail address provided during checkout.

For FREE shipping, Pi Baby will select the most appropriate and economical class of service for your product and area. If you wish to receive your product quicker, you can select a specific class of service during the checkout process. We offer USPS and UPS as our carriers of choice.

If more than 2 business days have passed and you have not heard from Pi Baby or received shipping confirmation via the e-mail address you provided during checkout, please reach out by sending an e-mail to sales@pibaby.com or calling 208-321-7400 to inquire about your order.

Shipping is FOB Origin. Pi Baby assumes no liability after the product has left our facility. Damages or lost items must be resolved by recipient through the carrier as Pi Baby has no control once products leave our facilities.

Lost or damaged items caused by the carrier or during shipment are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Returns

Our return policy last 30 days from the date of purchase, or date of delivery if the order has been shipped. 

If your item is returned within 14 days you may receive a refund for the amount of the item(s) you purchased for in-store credit or to the original form of payment.

If your item is returned after 14 days but before 30 days you may only receive a refund for the amount of the item(s) your purchase for in-store credit.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have shipped.

ONLINE ORDERS: If you received free shipping on your online order, you will be issued a credit minus the shipping cost. You will consume the shipping cost back to Pi Baby Boutique, unless you have purchased the 'Package Protection + Free Returns' - this will cover your return shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt prior to any refunds being issued.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned and are considered final sale. This includes car seats, teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, crib mattresses, displays, clearance items, holiday items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Preorders, presales and special orders are not eligible for cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Sales are final. 

Clearance items are exempt from the return policy. Sales are final.

If you used points for a discount, you will not receive those points back.

Gear (strollers, car seats, etc.). Due to safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any car seats or strollers that have been removed from the original packaging. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30-days after delivery.
  • Furniture - all furniture sales are considered final sales.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless a warranty is held on the product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Holiday Items

Holiday related items must be returned two weeks before the given holiday to be eligible. For example, Christmas items must be returned by December 10th to be eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a gift card will be sent to you via email, within 5 business days. If you have selected a refund to the original form of payment, your refund can take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a gift card yet, first check your (junk) email, then contact us at sales@pibaby.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded for in-store credit, unfortunately sale items or items where a discount code was used cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@pibaby.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic  gift cart will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless you have purchased the 'Package Protection + Free Returns' - this will cover your return shipping fees.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
